While you are free handing your love letters you may be tempted to think that quantity means more than quality. That is not true with anything to do with love. A good diamond is better than a flawed big diamond, a long unpleasant kiss is not better than a short heartfelt one. Same goes for love letters.

Do not be fooled into thinking five pages of ramble will be better than 5 paragraphs that say exactly how you think.

Remember that in writing a love letter you are telling your loved one about the sensual (as in the 5 senses) feelings they arouse in you. This needs only a mention rather than an essay on each. Like a good book, much is left to the imagination of the reader to link your words to what they feel.

Yes that sounds all very clinical but it is how our human minds and emotions work, we link what we know to what we are reading. We then use our imagination to feel the rest. So if you are explaining right down to the sub atomic particle how you feel for your partner you have probably gone way too far!
